HOW DO I TURN ON THE SMARTTAIL BALL?
Press the power button once to turn it on. Hold the button to switch between modes.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SMART MODE AND NORMAL MODE?
In smart mode, the ball moves independently, avoids obstacles and reactivates when touched by the pet. In normal mode, it rolls for about 3 minutes and then turns off.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
Around 90 minutes of playtime on a full charge.
HOW DO I CHARGE IT?
With the included USB Type-C cable. A blue light indicates charging, a green light means it’s fully charged.
IS IT NOISY?
No, it’s designed to be quiet and suitable for night play.
IS IT CHEW-RESISTANT?
It has a silicone outer layer that improves grip and resists light chewing. It’s not suitable for strong chewers.
CAN DOGS USE IT TOO?
Yes, small dogs and puppies can enjoy it, but it is mainly designed for cats.
